I’m just your average everyday girl, really. Not much of a girl since I’m in my late 20s, but you get my drift. I have a bit of geeking out that I like to do, even if I don’t have as much time as I used to! I’m a teacher in Plano and that sucks up alot of my time.
Right now I live with a couple that are my best friends. I miss my apartment, but you can’t beat cheap rent! Luckily I live pretty close to most of my family. My dad and sister are just about an hour away and my brother and his wife are just about two and a half hours away. Plus most of my extended family is within just a couple hours away, whether in Texas or Oklahoma, so everyone I love is close by.
The most recent event in my life that really changed me was the death of my mother. She died Jan. 27, 2006. If you want to know the details, you can check out her links. But she was such an important part of my life. She really was the rock that everyone leaned on, and when she was gone we just had to lean on each other. I have to admit that I’ve become much closer to my dad, brother, and sister. But ever since my mom died, I have become a different person.
I could list all sorts of things, like hobbies, favorite movies, what I like to eat….but really, who cares? If you really want to know me, just check out my past entires. Never mind the crappy numbers as titles. When I changed over from Blogger, I didn’t have any titles, so there ya go. But take a look around and enjoy!
